Refund Deadline: All money paid must be fully refunded within 30 days of the cancellation notice.

Item Returns (Materials): If a customer wishes to return materials (e.g., HVAC units, lighting fixtures) after the job, policies generally require items to be unused, in the original packaging, and within a specified timeframe (e.g., 30 days) to be determined on a case by case basis along with a restocking fee to be determined.
